AGENCE OMETZ

Ometz is a non-profit social services agency which supports and strengthens individuals and families by offering a range of human services in the fields of employment, immigration and social services.  Ometz was created in April 2008 from the merger of Jewish Employment Montreal (JEM), Jewish Family Services (JFS) and Jewish Immigrant Aid Services (JIAS).

CANADIAN PARENTS FOR FRENCH (CPF)
Canadian Parents for French (CPF) is the national network of volunteers which values French as an integral part of Canada and which is dedicated to the promotion and creation of French-second-language learning opportunities for young Canadians.

CANADIAN TEACHERS' FEDERATION
The Canadian Teachers’ Federation (CTF) is a national alliance of provincial and territorial organizations that represent nearly 200,000 elementary and secondary school teachers across Canada.

In communities across Quebec, Community Economic Development and Employability Corporation (CEDEC) shares its experience in planning and developing partnerships with the aim to strengthen local economies and employability of the English-speaking and broader community.
 
COMMUNITY HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES NETWORK (CHSSN)
The Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN) was established in September, 2000, to create a network of community resources, associations and public institutions dedicated to the development through partnership of health and social services for English-speaking communities in Quebec.

ENGLISH-LANGUAGE ARTS NETWORK (ELAN)
ELAN is devoted to helping Quebec's English-language artists make connections with one another, with their francophone colleagues and with their audiences in Quebec, Canada and internationally.

PAINTING A NEW WORLD (PNMW)
Painting a New World is a charitable, non-profit organization founded by artists Agnes and André Chatelain, who believe that Artists Helping Artists have the power to create positive change for the benefit and sustainability of communities locally and in Africa and Haiti.  The “Gift of Art” project is an art and collaboration project for youth, educators and community. 

QU’ANGLO

QU’ANGLO communications & consulting is a newly formed enterprise specializing in communications, strategic planning and development initiatives in the agricultural and agri-environmental sectors, and for rural communities.

QUEBEC ASSOCIATION FOR ADULT LEARNING (QAAL)
QAAL is a not-for-profit English-language association that supports those who support adult learners. Our mission is to advocate for a culture of lifelong learning, raise public awareness of adult learning issues, facilitate the exchange of information and resources and bring together everyone for whom a learning society is a shared ideal.

QUEBEC ANGLOPHONE HERITAGE  NETWORK (QAHN)
QAHN is an umbrella organization whose membership includes historical and cultural societies, museums, archives, research groups, and individuals who are passionate about the history of Quebec. Our focus is the province’s English-speaking communities, a subject that is of considerable interest to Francophones and Anglophones alike. We operate under a federal charter and are funded by the Official Languages Support Program of the Department of Canadian Heritage.

QUEBEC COMMUNITY GROUPS NETWORK (QCGN)
The Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN) was established in 1995 and brings together 29 community organizations from across Quebec. These groups are regional and sector-based and they work to support the vitality of English-speaking communities in Quebec. The QCGN plays a pivotal role in facilitating the development of a constructive and positive relationship between community leaders, partners, all levels of government and the English-speaking communities of Quebec. Members of the QCGN are committed to work in partnership with official language minority organizations to promote inguistic duality across Canada.

QUEBEC DRAMA FEDERATION
A registered charity founded in 1972, the Quebec Drama Federation exists to encourage and maintain English-language theatre in Quebec by providing leadership in promotion, development, and support.

QUEBEC ENGLISH SCHOOL BOARDS ASSOCIATION (QESBA)
The purpose of the Quebec English School Boards Association (QESBA) is to advocate appropriate education for students in both the youth and adult sectors and to enhance the effectiveness of school commissioners and member school boards in the areas of education, finance, administration and labour relations.

QUEBEC FEDERATION OF HOME & SCHOOL ASSOCIATIONS (QFHSA)

Founded in 1944, the QFHSA is an independent, non-profit charitable organization, dedicated to enhancing the education and general well being of children and youth. It is membership based among schools, community organizations and individuals offering:
  • Parental Involvement Leadership workshops and conferences;
  • A choice of 13 Parenting workshops promoting parenting potential;
  • The new Children’s Literacy Resource Guide, activities for ages 0 – 16: Reading Writing, Math, Science, Media, Arts, Community, Parental Involvement and School Library;
  • The QFHSA NEWS, since 1948, for families, schools and related organizations;
  • A link to national programs for families;
  • A member of Canadian Home and School Federation (CHSF).

QUEBEC 4-H
Quebec 4-H is dedicated to the personal development of youth while providing a positive impact on volunteers and communities. All members are:
  • Encouraged to develop self-confidence, a sense of responsibility and a positive self image;
  • Helped to develop their skills in communications, leadership, problem solving and goal setting; and
  • Offered the opportunity to learn about food production, marketing systems, heritage and culture in Quebec.

THE RED CROSS
La Croix-Rouge canadienne, Division du Québec, en implantant le concept de Fournisseur autorisé des programmes de sécurité aquatique et de secourisme, a vouluoffrir aux Québécois, partout en province, un réseau de formation crédible, viable et de qualité. Le Fournisseur autorisé peut être un organisme tel qu’une municipalité, un établissement d’enseignement, le service des loisirs, une compagnie. Le Fournisseur autorisé est un partenaire et collaborateur de première importance puisqu’il contribue activement à la réalisation de la mission de la Croix-Rouge ainsi qu’àla diffusion et à l’accessibilité des programmes et produits éducatifs de la Croix-Rouge auprès de la population.

THE RX&D HEALTH RESEARCH FOUNDATION
The Rx&D Health Research Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission it is to support health research in Canadian academic health centers and promote the value of health research in Canada.  By applying the highest standards of scientific excellence, addressing health challenges and establishing partnerships, HRF, one of the leading private health foundations in the country, contributes significantly to the prevention and treatment of disease, to a better health care system and to the availability for Canadians of effective health products.
