ArtsSmarts provides seed money for a variety of arts projects in schools.

CARAS is interested in helping schools publicize the need for music programs. CARAS is looking for schools, whose music programs have potential but are being held back because of lack of funding and could use $10,000 worth of band instruments to help re-energize their music programs. Such schools are invited to make application in writing before September 30th of each year. Find out more at the site
