What is a tool kit?
- It is an experiential tool
- It consists of a binder containing activities (called activity guide) and/or a box of materials
Why use a tool kit?
- It is a means of exploration
- It allows students to carry out activities inside or outside of the classroom
- It mimics real-life work tasks at a student level
- It often contains materials used by workers in the field being explored
- It often offers web links, web-based activities and videos

The Teacher's Guide provides information that facilitate students’ use of tool kits in the POP classroom. It also contains inventory sheets to help you manage the material contained in the associated boxes of materials.
