  Tool Kits

What is a tool kit?

  • It is an experiential tool
  • It consists of a binder containing activities (called activity guide) and/or a box of materials

Why use a tool kit?

  • It is a means of exploration
  • It allows students to carry out activities inside or outside of the classroom
  • It mimics real-life work tasks at a student level
  • It often contains materials used by workers in the field being explored
  • It often offers web links, web-based activities and videos

Where to download?

The activity guides for all the tool kits are available for download at the MELS website POP Index:
