- This project ws developed by a team of educators developed this project in partnership with the McCord Museum and the Kanien'kehaka Raotitiohkwa Cultural Centre. The project centres on the photographs and the images of beaded objects, which are a combination of old and new, and show that the art of beadwork not only has a long history but is still very much alive today. - Treasures @ Sea Exploring the ocean through literature (Cycles 1-3 and Sec. Cycle 1- Language Arts, Art, Math & Science.)
- This Web resource about oceans is written to be adaptable to the teacher's needs. It can be used as a complete unit, as a module for inclusion in a larger study or each component can be used independently. The activities are sorted by the book they compliment but could be used with any unit on the ocean. A variety of activities offer something for almost every K-12 classroom.
