Classroom Conversations about ERC

Part of the "From the Field" video series, a LEARN-sponsored project.





On October 15 LEARN officially launched its latest video production on the topic of Ethics and Religious Culture.
 
This powerful new video presents intimate and revealing conversations with new ERC teachers.  Listen and watch as they express their opinions, discuss their own experiences, share their teaching strategies, and learn about the new program and its objectives as they go.  Students are also observed grappling with new concepts and skills related to the three subject competencies:  Engages in Dialogue, Demonstrates an Understanding of the  Phenomenon of Religion and  Reflects on Ethical Questions.  This video is a must for all educators working in Quebec.

At the launch in October, LEARN staff had a chance to thank all those who made this production possible.  In the process, we introduced new communities for sharing ERC resources, new ways to build on what we know and grow.  We set the stage for ways that these conversations can continue even further.
