This project, consist to allow students to view themselves in a static position (candle, bridge…) realized in gymnastic. One student will take a picture of another student performing the static movement. The performer will be able to view the picture and decide which aspects of the performance should be changed and which should be kept in order to improve. The student will be able to compare his performance with other students, posters and photos of what the performance should look like.
Equipment needed:
- Digital camera or
- Pocket PC
How to realize this project:
1- First have the students practice the movements.
2- Make accessible the devices to take pictures.
3- Take a picture of a student performing the static position.
4- Allow the student to view the performance.
5- Allow the student to comment on the performance.
