Joining the SS-PLC  means you will have access to various resources shared by teachers, student-teachers, board consultants and the LEARN team.  It will allow you to access a sheltered area, where educators can experiment, and send feedback, and even work on new documents together. 

It also means you too can share your work, and get valuable feedback from others! In fact, joining the SS-PLC means you are making a commitment, to being an active member of a learning community.  That might indeed imply occasionally uploading a bit of your own work , or sharing your own ideas.  But it may also just mean actively testing the work of others, and suggesting alternative strategies or resources. 

And finally, joining the SS-PLC means you are also agreeing that, to the best of your knowledge, any work you share will be free from copyright restrictions and available to be used freely by teachers for their personal classroom use.

Note:  The SS-PLC is open to all educators who presently have LEARN usernames and passwords.  (The LEARN community includes all English public sector boards, English private schools, as well as other partners. If you are not sure whether your organisation is a partner, please contact us.)
