Cycle 2 History: Harmonization of content and concepts

Produced by the "Table régionale en Univers social Laval-Laurentides-Lanaudière (LLL)"

In 2008 the LLL offerred the following package as part of their workshop series entitled "Harmonisation du contenu notionnel Historie et éducation a la citoyenneté 2e cycle du secondaire."  With their permission, LEARN has adapted that year's version of their documents for the Anglophone sector. (The most recent French version is available for AQEUS members here.)

These tools offer suggestions as to which "notional content"  can be consider "specific to" a particular year of the program.  While all the program content for Secondary 3 and 4 has been clearly mapped out,  highlighted content elements indicate which content is best suited to that specific year only.  In other words,  highlighted content shaded for secondary 3 is not something that would then be repeated in secondary 4.
