Goals:  To get students to identify the players involved, their visions of the issue and their positions

Document:   “Players involved in the Montréal housing crisis” in Word or PDF format



Bilingual students can listen to the radio documentary ENJEUX and read accompanying texts.

The teacher asks the students to identify the following, using the summary table provided:

- The players involved (FRAPRU, Ligue des propriétaires, the government and real-estate developers)
- Their visions of the issue
- Their positions
- The student’s personal opinions


The students read texts and insert pertinent information in their summary tables.
