CARTOONIST FOR A DAY

About 300 minutes



Goal: To see whether the student is able to depict the issue (housing crisis) in a comic strip, photo story, collage or caricature

Document that goes with this activity and helps students draft their work, in Word or PDF format. 


Evaluation of students’ comic strips, photo stories, collages and/or caricatures:

“COMPETENCY 2: Interprets a territorial issue” evaluation grid in Word or PDF format

Examples of comic strips, etc. done by students (in French only from Recitus.qc.ca):

•    Housing problems
•    The government’s position
•    The landlords’ position
•    The tenants’ position
