Tapped In has been holding events for a number of years.
Classroom 2.0 - every Saturday at 12:00 pm
ISTE holds regular webinars (fee based). In addition if you are a member of one of their special interest groups there are free webinars given by members.
Many conferences stream some sessions (you can often find out about them on twitter by following educators).

This superb site, from the George Lucas Education Foundation, has a wealth of information on exemplary practices. There are many videos with some of the top educational researchers sharing their ideas via articles and video clips. In addition, check out their monthly magazine.
