Aggregators / Newsreaders

Definition:
learn_defin
An aggregator or news reader is a place to pull in all the blogs and newsfeeds that interest you. It is like creating a personalized newspaper.
You can subscribe to a variety of blogs and the aggregator, or news feed collector, will show you all the blogs in your personal window.
You have to register and then subscribe to any blogs you wish to receive.
Some aggregators are simple and just allow for pulling in feeds; others let you embed widgets that add functionality (e.g. calculators, to do lists)
