The concept

Every year, classes organise

  • visits to local or distant points of interest that cover a range of activities and curricular related interests, from science to art; history or geography.
    or
  • special school or class events: a visit by an expert, an author, a famous person, a local historian, etc.

Not every class has the chance to go on a trip or to participate in special events. That's why, in this project, we partner a class who experiences such an activity in the "Field" with a class who cannot be there! The " Field Observers" lend their eyes and ears to their " Virtual Partners". They can add a Mission Carrier (**like** a Flat Stanley) as their intermediary.

Both classes become actively involved in the study of a common topic of interest and each benefits from the complementary contribution of its partner.

A Learn-by-doing experience for teachers and their classes

Come along with us offers teachers a Learn-by-doing setting in which they will benefit from the step by step guidance and help of the facilitator to learn the skills they need as they go along.
