Ellison Die Cut Forms

The Riverside Regional Teacher Resource Centre (RTRC) is now able to provide its Ellison cutout forms to the larger Quebec Education Community.

There are close to 200 shapes to choose from in 25 different colours. The shapes can also be laminated (plastified).

Non-laminated forms are 0.20$ per sheet (8x10).
Laminated are 1.15$ per sheet (8x10).

A pdf format catalogue of all the shapes is available. It is compressed as a zip file.

An order form in xlsx format is available. It can be downoladed, filled out and returned to the e-mail address on the form or printed and faxed to the RTRC.

There are 3 sheets to the form.
Sheet 1 and 2 are the order form and sheet 3 is a colour key for the cardstock colours.

There are 25 colours of card stock to choose from. Due to screen variations the colours in the image below are approximate.
