Adapting the Spelling and Grammar checkers in WORD

The Spell Check and Grammar Check features in WORD can act as distractors when trying to get ideas down on paper and can lead to loosing ones train of thought.
WORD can be modified to not show spelling or grammar errors as you are writing. These functions can however still be called upon during the editing process.
