Portfolio Collaborations - It's a DIGITAL world - 2003-2004

The goal in 2003-2004 was to collaborate with colleagues as we experimented, developed tools and implemented strategies for the use of various portfolio models in Cycle 3 and Cycle One Secondary in accordance with the QEP.

Below, you will find a sampling of the various e-portfolio initiatives that took place across Québec in 2003-2004.

PLEASE NOTE - We feel that it is best to start with a solid and pedagogical portfolio foundation before branching out into a digital medium. You may be successful with digital portfolios as your starting point if you AND your students are extremely tech-savvy. If that is the case, the digital portfolio learning curve is eliminated, leaving only the portfolio process to absorb and internalize. You may also be successful jumping directly to digital portfolios if you have regular and timely access to technical support in your school.
