The school faced many challenges during the first three years when the staff began tackling the issue of team building. The first one was how to make time for teachers to meet face-to-face. Through a series of creative budgeting tactics which evolved over the years, Andrew Aitkin was able to build time into the teachers' schedule for them to meet regularly.
