The one-year Training for a Semiskilled Trade (TST) program provides focused training in the workplace leading to certification in a designated semiskilled trade, in addition to the opportunity for intensive academic study in the three core academic subjects: English Language Arts; Mathematics; and, French Second Language.

Teaching and Learning Tools
The resources below have been developed to align with the Québec Education Program (QEP) for Training for a Semiskilled Trade. Contributions can be found from a variety of educators across Québec: WOTP teachers, WOTP consultants and other members of the DEEN-CREATE Subcommittee, and the WOTP Project Development Officer. The QEP for Training for a Semiskilled Trade supports flexible pedagogy and differentiated instruction; teachers are encouraged to adapt or modify these resources to meet the needs of their students as required.
